DCYO and YMO have openings for the following instruments for the 2022-2023 season:
DCYO: Bassoon and Double Bass only
YMO: All instruments except Flute, Oboe, and Clarinet

The Delaware County Youth Orchestra aims to

Provide young people of outstanding musical ability with an opportunity to learn and perform major works from the standard symphonic repertoire, and to develop the skills and discipline of orchestral performance;

Provide an exceptional music education experience to the students of the orchestra, and artistic performances that enrich the lives of developing musicians, our community and our region; and

Work cooperatively with public schools, private schools and independent music teachers in a continuing effort to provide musical development for youth.
